An interim position, potentially 2 days a week to review and analyse the sales and marketing function. Construct a project plan which then drives improvements to sales and marketing processes. Execute the plan over a 12/18-month time frame.
Initial review of the business
Initially spend 2 weeks (10 working days) intensive review of the business and sales and marketing function. Meetings with MD and SD plus fact finding sessions with sales and marketing team.
Review findings and project plan
Consultant to produce a report setting out their analysis, recommendations, areas for improvement and a timetable for actions and an estimation of resources required.
Implementation of the plan
Supervised by the management of Blue the Interim (and subcontractors if required) will execute the plan.
